Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Sakai Sambayan. Kemudian menganalisis aktualisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi Sakai Sambayan sebagai resolusi moderasi beragama antar suku Lampung-Bali. Fokus penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekampung Udik, Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan, termasuk dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi, secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa filosofi Sakai Sambayan menumbuhkan toleransi dan moderasi beragama selain memperkuat cita-cita Islam dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Penekanan filosofi ini pada persatuan berfungsi sebagai alat yang ampuh untuk menjaga kerukunan sosial dan menumbuhkan hubungan yang baik di antara kelompok-kelompok agama. Oleh karena itu, aktualisasi norma-norma pendidikan Islam dalam filosofi Sakai Sambayan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif-inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Dengan memupuk kerja sama, kepedulian sosial, dan toleransi terhadap perbedaan agama, filosofi Sakai Sambayan mencontohkan cita-cita Islam termasuk iman, ibadah, dan moral.
